The heated outdoor pool was a perfect retreat on chilly evenings.
The dinner service was disorganized, resulting in a 1.5-hour wait for food.

Here’s the bottom line
A charming stay that perfectly blends traditional elegance with modern comfort. The staff is exceptionally warm, always eager to make you feel at home. Food offerings, particularly breakfast, are top-notch. The kids’ room was a hit, ensuring our little ones were entertained. While the bar area can get noisy, the overall ambiance is delightful.

Just returned from an amazing trip with friends! We loved the hiking and the yoga sessions offered. The staff was incredibly welcoming and really made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was also a standout! Make sure to explore the nearby meadows for a truly relaxing experience.
However, I was disappointed with the recent renovations of the cocktail bar, which took away much of its charming atmosphere. It no longer feels cozy but rather bland.

Highly Recommended for Couples Seeking Romance
The breakfast and dinner at Silberberg were some of the best meals I’ve ever had at a hotel. The entire atmosphere is romantic and amazing, with stunning views from the balcony.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

The stunning views from the balcony were a highlight, and the homemade pasta at dinner was exceptional. Friendly staff made our family feel welcomed throughout our four-night stay. However, the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was inconvenient, and the absence of air conditioning made our nights uncomfortably warm, especially on the upper floors. Additionally, the housekeeping policy restricting the use of an ironing board was frustrating.

Exceptional Dining and Spectacular Views
Our stay was highlighted by the extraordinary breakfast buffet, featuring freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices that set a delightful tone for the day. The location offered breathtaking views, especially from our room, creating an inviting atmosphere of relaxation among the lush Black Forest surroundings. However, the dinner service could improve in organization, as we experienced a lengthy wait for our meal on one occasion.

We stayed in a Superior room, and it was really spacious and clean. The decor had a cozy, rustic charm which I liked. The balcony offered nice views of the valley, super relaxing. Only downside? The furniture felt a bit dated. Overall, the cleaning service was excellent.
